Beth Menke Redwine

Beth Menke Redwine, 61 years of age of Park Hills passed away Monday at home with her family by her side after a long battle with cancer. Loving wife of Jim Redwine and loving mother of Eliza and Jacob Redwine. Beth was her husband’s best friend and the love of his life; her children’s closest ally and best confidante. She was born in Detroit to Richard and Mary Ann (Rice) Menke, the oldest of seven children. Beth carried forth the Benedictine values she learned as a child at Villa Madonna Academy, and was a proud graduate of St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, and the Chase School of Law. She worked for 28 years with GE Aviation handling contract negotiations with aircraft companies around the world. A member of Mother of God Parish where she served on the RCIA committee welcoming new members to the Church, a long-time volunteer at Welcome House, and a member of the Villa Board of Directors for seven years. In addition to her husband, children, and parents; Beth leaves behind her dear siblings: Dick, Patty Greer, Paul, Jeanne Carey, John, and Tom, their spouses, and 18 beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Mother of God Church on Saturday June 23, 2018. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 pm. Entombment at St. John’s Cemetery.
