Kathryn Frances Von Hoene

Kathryn Francis Von Hoene, age 76, of Erlanger, KY passed away peacefully on Friday, May 4, 2018. She enjoyed gardening, swimming, tennis and spending time with her family. She loved her 20 years of experience in real estate sales. Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Donald Von Hoene; son, Edward “Ted” von Hoene (Kelly); brother, Kenny Kohlbrand (Martha); sister in-law Linda; grandchildren, Jack and Kate von Hoene as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ruth Kohlbrand, and brother Keith Kohlbrand. Kathy and Don resided in Rochester, NY for 40 years returning to Kentucky in 2008. They spent 15 years snow birding to Bradenton, FL. A visitation will be held at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike Ft. Wright, KY 41017) on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place the following day, Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Mother of God Church (Covington, KY) with interment to immediately follow at St. Mary Cemetery (Ft. Mitchell, KY).
