Anna Elizabeth Mead

Anna Elizabeth Mead, age 86, of Covington, KY passed away peacefully on Friday, October 13, 2017. She and her husband owned Alissa Ann’s Bakery and she was known around the area for the delicious cakes she made. She enjoyed her flower gardens and making crafts. Anna was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Kermit Mead and parents, Johan and Johanna Pflaum. She is survived by her daughter, Ardinne Johanna Searp (Archie D. Searp, Jr.); granddaughters, Alissa A. Light and Stephanie H. Schultz; great-grandchildren, Shelby A. Schultz, Madison A. Light and Tanner H. Schultz. A visitation will take place at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pk. Fort Wright, KY 41017) on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 9:30 AM until the Funeral Service begins at 11:30. Entombment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Baptist Village Care Center 2990 Riggs Road Edgewood, KY 41017.
