Ruth Marion (Fister) Anderson, age 95 of Cincinnati, Ohio died Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at St. Elizabeth, Hospice in Edgewood, KY. Ruth was born in Cincinnati OH on June 15, 1922 to Michael and Mary (Pfister) Fister. She had 3 brothers and 1 sister. Ruth was married to William Anderson of Cincinnati and had 3 children; Dr. William Anderson (Melissa), Mary “Cookie” Westgate (Ray) and Robert Anderson (Judy). She was proud Grandmother of William “Billy” Anderson (Jenny), Krista Boling (Alan), Melissa Phipps (Paul), Robert Vogel (Lori), Kimberly Bail (Andrew), Brad Anderson (Karen), Steve Anderson and Matt Anderson. She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren; Morgan, Grace, Sophie, Anna, Davis, Alyson, Brittany, Ian, Brandon, Jacob, Eryn and Tyler; as well as 3 Great-great Grandchildren; Charles “Charlie”, Colton, Apollo and one due in October. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Shriners Hospital 3229 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229. A private interment will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH.
