Carl R Vocke

Carl R. Vocke, age 95, of Lakeside Park, KY died comfortably at Madonna Manor on April 5, 2017. His death followed by three weeks the passing of his wife of 71 years, Helen Therese Moser Vocke. Carl was a graduate of Covington Catholic High School and Xavier University and honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corp during World War II. Those who read this column after the death of Mrs. Vocke know that Carl and Helen like to travel, play cards with friends and loved spending time with family. Carl is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Louise Brinkman and aunt, Betty Vocke. He is survived by his loving children, Sherrill Remke, Denise Vocke, R. Kim Vocke (Lori) and Nina Hinkel (Donald), 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Monday, April 10, 2017 at Mother of God Church in Covington, KY from 10:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial begins at 12 noon. Interment will immediately follow at St. Mary Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Northern Kentucky Right to Life 13037 Hutton Dr, Walton, KY 41094.
