Paul Terrence "Terry" Borne

Paul Terrence “Terry” Borne, age 81, passed away peacefully on February  21, 2017 in Apache Junction, Arizona.  Terry bravely served our country as a member of the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a self-employed State Farm Insurance Agent. Since retiring 22 years ago, Terry and Marlene spent time traveling through the United States including Alaska and living at the Golden Vista Resort in Apache Junction, Arizona. Terry was the loving husband of Marlene Borne (nee Bernard) for 55 years; loving father of Christopher Borne, Cindy Borne-Walker, Bradley W. Borne, and Julie Borne Watkins; loving grandpa of 10; and dear brother of Bruce L. Borne, David Borne, and Carol Rieger. He is preceded in death by his two brothers, Allen "Dick" Borne and Phillip Borne.  A visitation will be Tuesday February 28, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Saint Barbara Church 4042 Turkey Foot Road Erlanger, KY 41018. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial will take place the next day at Saint Mary Cemetery, in Ft. Mitchell. Middendorf Funeral Home in Fort Wright is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to a charity of the donor’s choice.
