Louis J. Bielefeld

Louis J. Bielefeld of Covington, 95, died January 8, 2017 of old age. Retired security guard with the Cincinnati Art Museum. Musician by trade. Former organist for St. Aloysius Church and Mother of God Church. World War II Army Veteran. He loved classical music, checkers, bingo, and ginger ale. Preceded in death by brother Bernard Bielefeld and nephew Henry Amador. Survivors include nieces and nephews Elaine Wilke, Carmen Chenal, Janet Fergusen, Marie Spitzer, John Amador, Jim Bielefeld, Don Bielefeld, Xavier Amador, and cousin and caregiver Linda Dietz. Visitation will be held at Mother of God Church, Covington on Friday, Jan. 13 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 12 noon. Burial at Mother of God Cemetery next to his parents. Memorials suggested to The Parish Kitchen, P.O. Box 1234, Covington, KY 41014.
