Katherine passed away Tuesday December 13, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. Visitation Monday December 19,2016 from 10:00 am until 12:00pm at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017. Service will take place at 12:00pm. Burial St. Mary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to : Multiple Sclerosis Association of America 375 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08034.
