Ruth Ann Lampke Lyons

Ruth Ann Lampke Lyons (nee Budke), age 74, of Ft. Wright, KY passed away unexpectedly at home on the morning of November 16. She was a member of St. John Parish in Covington, KY and St. Thomas the Apostle parish in Louden TN. Ruth enjoyed making and creating ceramics, walking, travelling and loved to spend time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Lance Lyons; children, Terry Lampke, Tom Lampke and Jane Lampke Bracken (Bob); siblings, Richard Budke and Sandy Vaughn; grandchildren, Anna, Benjamin and Casey Bracken. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ruth Budke. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, November 21, 2016 at St. John Church in Covington, KY from 8 AM until Mass of Christian Burial begins at 10 AM. Entombment will immediately follow at St. John Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital: 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
