Raymond C. Bellew, Jr., age 56, of Villa Hills, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016. He worked in Information Technology as a Database Administrator at Great American Insurance for over 27 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs, KY. He loved watching UK basketball and was an avid Cincinnati Bengals fan. He spent many years coaching his children’s basketball, soccer, baseball, and softball teams. He loved spending time with his family, traveling around the country, and taking cruises to the Caribbean. He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Katherine. Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Peggy Pauly Bellew, son Christopher (Laura), daughter Heather Montgomery (Kevin), cousin Libby Meibers, and other family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pike Ft. Wright, KY 41017 with Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association: 5211 Madison Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45227.
