Ronald W. Fehler

Ronald Waldorf Fehler 81, of Villa Hills, peacefully passed away on April 27th, 2016. They say the marks of an honorable man are selflessness, humility and kindness. Ron Fehler embodied all those qualities and so many more. The funeral service will be held at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike Ft. Wright KY. Dr. Daniel Meister of St John Church of Christ will be officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, April 29th from 11am-1pm at Middendorf Funeral Home. Funeral will begin at 1pm. Burial will follow the funeral at Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate, KY. Ron was born in Bellevue, Kentucky on August 24th, 1934. He was graduated from Dayton High School and continued on to receive Bachelor degree from University of Kentucky Extension College. Ron is survived by his beloved companion, Shelia Holda and they shared 35 wonderful years together. Ron managed several Dental Laboratories in his career. He enjoyed sports, music, and his family most of all. He was actively involved in his nieces and nephews lives and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them and their growing families. Ron is survived by his sister, Gayle McAtee, nieces Lori Montmeny (Ted) and Teri Landers (Chuck), Denise Fenik (Matt), nephew Brad McAtee (Tammy), great nephews, Matthew Montmeny (Courtney), Bryan Montmeny (Kiara), Dylan Landers, Camden McAtee, Leo Fenik, Callum McAtee and great nieces, Darian Landers and Carson McAtee, Shelia’s children, Lonnie McMasters (Larinda), Jeana Stewart, Cheryl Jeffers (Jon) and their families. Ron is preceded in death by his parents, Waldorf and Betty Fehler and brother Roger Allen (Rocky). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Hospice Bluegrass of Northern Kentucky or United Cerebral Palsy Foundation. The family of Ron Fehler wishes to thank Hospice Bluegrass, his friends and family for all their love and support.
