Mary Louise Chapin

Mary Louise “Maryl” Chapin (Nee Churchill) age 98, of Ft. Wright, KY passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 21, 2016.  Born in Red Oak, Iowa, Mary was the daughter to Vincent and Olive Churchill.  She worked as a Bookkeeper for R.D. Marcotte & Assoc. and was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Lakeside Park, KY.  She also belonged to the Order of Eastern Star, Florence, KY Chapter, and Narcissus Chapter of Omaha, Nebraska.  Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack Chapin, Sr. and great-grandchild, Ephraim J. Theiss.  She is survived by her children, Barbara Ruh (James) and Jack A. Chapin, Jr. (Terri); 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  A visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Lakeside Park, KY from 2 PM until the Funeral Service begins at 4 PM.  Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha, NE at the family’s convenience.  Memorial donations are suggested to Immanuel United Methodist Church Youth Fund 2551 Dixie Hwy, Lakeside Park, KY 41017 and/or St. Elizabeth Hospice c/o St. Elizabeth Healthcare Foundation 1 Medical Village Drive Edgewood, KY 41017.  Middendorf Funeral Home in Ft.
