Ferdinand J. Lange

Ferdinand J. Lange, 94, of Fort Mitchell, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016 with his family by his side. He was beloved husband of Anne Lange (nee Kruetzkamp) for over 68 years. Loving father of John F. Lange (Martha), David R. Lange (Susy), Greg J. Lange (Bev), and Stephen R. Lange (Jeannie). Loving grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters Margaret Moss and Geraldine Willman; and many nieces and nephews. Ferdinand, a WWII Veteran, served in the Pacific Theater as a Technical Sergeant in the United States Army. He was a long time parishioner at Blessed Sacrament Church, a former member of the choir, and a Kentucky Colonel. He enjoyed spending his time with his family and very much enjoyed camping, boating, and golf. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, 3312 MADISON PIKE, FT. WRIGHT, KY 41017. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2409 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017. Burial at Saint Mary Cemetery, in Ft. Mitchell. Memorials are suggested to the Saint Charles Community, 600 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY 41011.
