James S. Blackwell

James S. Blackwell, loving husband of Linda Blackwell (nee Arrington). Loving father of sons Brad and Brett and daughter-in-law Pam Blackwell. Loving Pa-Pa of Morgan and Cooper. Dear brother of Kim Ramsey (Ron). James was 63 years of age and passed away Wednesday March 9, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ft. Thomas. James was retired from The United States Post Office. He spent many years volunteering and working hard for the St. Paul Episcopal Church Food Pantry. Visitation Saturday from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at St. Paul Episcopal Church in Newport. Mass will follow at 10:30 am. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. Middendorf Funeral Home in Ft. Wright is handling the arrangements.
