Florence Wehry, 86, of Covington, passed away at her home on Monday, February 1, 2016. She was the loving wife of the late William H. Wehry. Devoted and loving mother of Dan Wehry (Cindy), Michael Wehry (Michele), Annette Dahlhoff (Dennis), Kathleen Michels (Paul), Terri Zumdick (Nick), Mark Wehry (Teri), and Ted Wehry (Jamie). Dear sister of Neil Dunn and Eleanor Groeschen. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren Julianne and Christina Wehry, Aubrey Wehry, Kara Smith and Megan Lange, Paul, Daniel and Dominic Michels, Maria Zumdick, John and Annie Wehry, and Madeline, Hannah and Caroline Wehry; and her great grandchildren Everett Lange, Zander Smith, and Neva Wehry. Florence is preceded in death by her son Billy Wehry (Vickie), and 6 siblings. Florence devoted her entire life to her family and Catholic faith. She was a lifelong member of the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, in Covington. Burial will immediately follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, in Ft. Mitchell. In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to: Alliance for Catholic Urban Education (ACUE) 1125 Madison Ave, Covington, KY 41011.
