Sean T. Crawford

Sean Thomas Crawford passed away peacefully at home December 8, after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Sean was born Jan. 27, 1988, son of Stephen and Keven Crawford, in Arlington, TX, where he grew up. He graduated 13th in his class in 2006 from Lamar H.S. He excelled and received many awards in academics and music, and loved sports and adventure. He studied chemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder and graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in May 2015. He was an intern chemist for two semesters at Givaudan in Cincinnati, where he met his beautiful wife Kristen Rachel Cooper from Covington, KY. They were married on April 4, 2015, and resided in Fort Mitchell, KY. Sean worked as a Packaging Project Engineer for L’Oréal since June 2015. Sean has been taken from us far too soon. While his life has been shortened, it was immensely full. He enjoyed every moment and never let cancer get in his way. He was a wonderful son, brother, great friend, and loving husband. Sean is survived by his wife Kristen Crawford (nee Cooper) of Fort Mitchell, KY; parents R. Stephen and Keven Crawford (nee Downey) of Arlington, TX; siblings Mathew (Karie) Crawford of the Colony TX, Jessica (John) Van Horn of Adel, IA, Elise Crawford of Arlington, TX, James Crawford presently residing in UT; mother-in-law Nancy Cooper of Fort Mitchell, KY; father-in-law Kelly Cooper of Crescent Springs, KY; brother-in-law Clay Cooper of Erlanger, KY; and many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, 3312 MADISON PIKE, FT. WRIGHT, KY 41017. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial at St. John Cemetery.
