Robert Patrick Ryan

Bob Patrick Ryan, age 66, of Taylor Mill, passed away at his residence on September 5, 2015, with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of Mary Beth Ryan. Loving father of Sarah Byrne (Andrew), Megan Ryan, and Aimee Wanstrath (Daniel). Dear brother of Rev. James M. Ryan, Barbara Gregory, and Kathy Ealy (Lee). He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren Mia Wanstrath, Riley, Gavin, Reagan, and Ashlyn Byrne; and many nieces and nephews. Bob served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Education at Thomas More College. He then received his Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Cincinnati. Bob furthered his studies by earning his Rank I certification from Xavier University. Bob was the Supervisor at New Perceptions where he enjoyed helping people in any way that he could. A visitation will take place on Friday September 11, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Mother of God Church, in Covington. A Memorial Mass will take place at 6:30 p.m., followed by a reception at the Church. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to: New Perceptions 1 Sperti Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.
