Tom Aydt

Louis Thomas "Tom" Aydt II, 65, of Villa Hills, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father, Louis Thomas Aydt, I. Tom is survived by Rosana Whitis Aydt, his loving wife of 44 years. He will be greatly missed by his mother, E. Archie Hatcher Aydt. Tom was a loving father to Maria Borchardt (Shawn) and Jonathan Aydt (Teri). He was the proud grandfather of Brian, Lilah, and Patrick. Tom also leaves behind his sisters: Beth Pace and Dr. Sarah Aydt (Dr. Mike Jedlinski). Tom retired from the Kroger Corporation after 38 years of service. He was an avid golfer, a member of the Hidden Valley Golf Club, President of the Hidden Valley Golf Club Board, coach of the Villa Madonna Men's Golf Team, volunteer with the Faith Community Pharmacy and a member of the Diocesan Stewardship Advisory Board. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 28, 2015 at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, 3312 MADISON PIKE, FT. WRIGHT, KY 41017, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at St. Pius X Church, Edgewood, at 10:30 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
