Paul "Old Man" Clinton Bowling, 56, of Ryland Heights, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2015, with his family at his side. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles "Tater" and Lilly Bowling; brothers, Dave and Jargo Bowling, and daughter, Rachel Bowling. "Old Man" is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Angie Bradley Bowling. He will be missed by his daughter, Kristi Zavitz (Paul); his sons: Elliott Bowling, Joey Bowling (Savanah), and Paul Jay Bowling. He was the proud and loving grandfather to Patience and Savannah. He also leaves behind his brothers and sisters: Mike Bowling, Pat Walker (Ray), Jimbo Bowling, Jerry "Spud" Bowling, and Janie Vest (Dwayne). "Old Man" was a member of the U.S. Steel Workers 1870, he spent 25 years of his career working for Paul Michaels Blacktop, and he also worked for several other local construction and blacktop companies. He will be remembered as an awesome husband, father, and grandfather; He had a great love for sports, westerns, and country music. His since of humor and quick wit will be greatly missed.
