Henry Eugene Horn

Henry Eugene Horn, 78, formerly of Covington, passed away peacefully in Clarksville Tennessee on Monday, April 27, 2015. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Jean Horn, son, Wayne Stephens, sister Genny, and brother Fenton. He is survived by his children: Hope Main, Faith Schulze, Julie Jeffers, Jenny Weber, Karen Sand, Carl Horn, Tina Horn, Roy Lee Horn, and Juanita Horn. He also leaves behind his sisters, Donna and Betty, and brother, Junior. He will be missed by his 21 Grandchildren, 23 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2015 at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, Kentucky. Services will take place on Friday, May 1, 2015 at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Independence Cemetery.
