Ruth F. Matracia

Ruth F. Matracia 65 yrs of age passed away on Saturday April 4, 2015. She is survived by her brothers and sisters , Mary Ann Bromwell (Paul), Mike Matracia (Peggy), Marilyn Lunn (Kevin), John Matracia (Lisa), and Amy Matracia (Teresa). 6 nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces and nephews. Also her beloved Little Blue. She was preceded in death by her parents Mike Sr and Ruth Matracia (nee Reiter). Ruth graduated from Wright State and received her Masters Degree from University of Kentucky. She spent 21 years teaching for the Diocese of Covington at St. Agnes School, Christ the King in Lexington, KY where she served as Principal , and St Mark in Richmond, KY. She worked for 22 years for Pearson in textbook publishing. Ruth was an Avid UK fan, golfer, traveler, fashionista, and decorator. Visitation Saturday from 9:30am - 11:00am at St. Pius X Church.
