Cecil Garrett Thomas

Cecil Garrett Thomas, 91, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 14, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood. Cecil served in the United States Army during World War II, he was a Kentucky Colonel, and had a great love for fishing and Nascar Racing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Venetia Conley Thomas, and his granddaughter, Mallory Hester. Cecil is survived by his daughters, Terri (Scot) Trudeau, and Katyna Hester. He will be missed by his grandsons: Tony (Abby) Trudeau, Andrew Hester, and Mason Hester, as well as his great-grandson, Gabe Trudeau. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, Kentucky 41017, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Middendorf Funeral Home, Ft.
