Howard L. Barker, 76 yrs. old of Covington, KY. Loving father of Diana Kellinghaus (Jim), Abbie Niehaus (Nick), and Debbie Good (Woody). 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Dear brother of Thomas Barker, Faye Daunt, Peggy Litton, Linda Kenney, Gale Muenchen, and the late Mary Ripberger, and the late Donnie Barker.
