Ellen A. Collins

Ellen A. Collins age 95, of Covington, passed away on September 8, 2014. She was the loving wife of the late George J. Collins. Loving mother of Patrick Collins (Frances), Paul Collins, Michael Collins (Diane), and Mary Carol Koch (Ronald). Ellen also leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her siblings John Skelton, William Skelton, and Laverne Covey. Ellen was a parishioner and greeter for many years at the Cathedral. She loved spending time with her family and over the years she was an avid bowler. Visitation will be held Thursday September 11, 2014 from 9:30am to 10 am at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 am. Burial at Mother of God Cemetery.
