Mary Joan Deters Marzano

Mary Joan Deters Marzano, 82, of Erlanger, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 11, 2014. Joan was a member of Mary Queen of Heaven Parish, Erlanger, and was also active at the Covington Senior Center, before her health declined. She also had a passion for teaching and creating ceramics. Her family at one time owned Farmer's Liquor on Pike Street in Covington. Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Marzano and her brother, Edward Deters. She is survived by her children: Michelle Case (Arthur), Rob Marzano (Angie), and Melissa Jansen (Stephen). She is also survived by her 6 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 1150 Donaldson Road, Erlanger, KY 41018 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft.
