Paul William Arlinghaus

Paul W. Arlinghaus, 82, of Erlanger, KY passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Paul was the owner of Paul W. Arlinghaus Plumbing Inc., and was a Veteran in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was the beloved husband of JoAnn Arlinghaus (Nee Suchanek) for 63 years. Dear father of Paul Arlinghaus Jr. (Pattie), and Susan Arlinghaus Hoffman (Mark). He was the loving grandfather of Natalie Hoffman, Alicia Hoffman Sandoval, Nicholas Hoffman, and Monica Arlinghaus Wolfe, and proud great grandfather of Delaney, Ryan, and Evan Wolfe; and Chloe Lin and Charlotte Sandoval. Brother of Leo Arlinghaus, Robert Arlinghaus, Joseph Arlinghaus, Martha Arlinghaus, Kenneth Arlinghaus, and brother-in-law to Lee Macklin. He was preceded in death by his parents; Marcella and Edwin Arlinghaus, sisters; Betty Knasel, Anna Mae Zerhusen, and Mary Arlinghaus, brothers; Edwin, James, Norbert, Norman, Eugene, and Richard Arlinghaus. A Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, 2014 from 4pm until 7pm at Middendorf Funeral Home in Fort Wright, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 10am at St. Barbara Church in Erlanger, KY. The Burial will take place following the Mass at Mother of God Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to St. Barbara Church at 4042 Turkeyfoot Road, Erlanger, KY 41018 or to St. Augustine Church at 1839 Euclid Avenue, Covington, KY 41014.
