Mary Ann Meyer

Mary Ann Hoppenjans Meyer, 84, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully, at Madonna Manor with her family at her side. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, William Meyer, who died in 2007, and her brothers, Bud and Paul Hoppenjans. Mary Ann and Bill were longtime residents of Ft. Thomas, KY and devout parishioners of St. Catherine of Sienna Parish. Mary Ann was a wonderful seamstress, cook and a registered nurse for over 25 years. Mary Ann is survived by her five children Lynn (Jerry) Wurtz, Cathy (Mike) Hebbeler, Bill (Karen), Tony (Kathy) and Chris (Monica) Meyer, 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Mary Ann is also survived by her brother, Fr. Terence Hoppenjans of Paintsville, KY and her sister Joan Chadwick of Thibodeaux, LA. Visitation will be at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 1150 Donaldson Hwy Erlanger, KY 41018 on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Ft.
