Cynthia Varney, 60, of Fort Mitchell, KY passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Jessie Kohler, and siblings; Diane Turner, Bill Kohler, and Ronnie Henry. Cynthia is survived by her loving children; Don Varney (Denise), and Christie Welbers, grandchildren; Christian, Daniel, and Katie Varney, Bill Cole, and Joseph and Christopher Welbers.
