Dennis L Lay

Dennis L. Lay Sr., 64, of Seminole, FL passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. Dennis loved golf and played in a Friday and Saturday League at The Tides Golf Course in Florida. He is preceded in death by his late parents James and Venice Lay, and his brother William Lay. Dennis is survived by his loving wife Carol Lay, his children; Victoria Cockrell (Charles), Carrie Ziegler (John), Dennis Lay Jr. (Ashley), and Jacob Lay, siblings; Joseph Lay (Jeanne), and Vivian Auteri (Mike), and many Nieces, Nephews, and Friends. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 from 10am until 12noon at Middendorf Funeral Home in Fort Wright, KY. A Service will be held at 12noon following the visitation at the Funeral Home. The Burial will take place following the service at Independence Cemetery in Independence, KY.
