Edward L. Deters

Edward L. Deters, 77 of Hebron, KY passed away at his residence on Sunday, July 7, 2013. Edward was a Kentucky Colonels, and retired as the Vice President of Mercury Instruments after 30 plus years of employment. He was preceded in death by his late wife Joan Deters and his brother in law Edward Marzano. Edward is survived by his daughter Molly Deters (Shawn Jump), sister Joan Marzano, grandchildren; Shawn and Christopher Deters, and Anthony Jump, Nieces and nephews; Michelle Case, Robert Marzano (Angie), and Melissa Jansen (Steve). A Visitation will be held on Friday, July 12, 2013 from 10am until 12noon at Mother of God Church in Covington, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12noon at Mother of God Church. The Burial will be at St. John Cemetery in Fort Mitchell following the Mass. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass at 7388 Turfway Road, Florence, KY 41042.
