Karen Verst

Karen McWilliams Ramsey Verst of Union, 54, died Monday, July 08, 2013 at St Elizabeth Hospice after a hard fought battle with cancer. Karen was a 1977 graduate of Boone County High School, where she excelled in sports and cheerleading. A long-time employee of Cincinnati Bell, Karen retired in 1999. She later worked for St. Elizabeth Central Scheduling. Karen, a lifelong resident of Union, is survived by her husband, Michael J. Verst, Sons: Brandon (Amber) Ramsey and Ethan Ramsey. She also leaves her Mother, Joan McWilliams; Father, Chuck (Debbie) McWilliams; Sister, Pam (Dan) Doellman; Brothers, Audie (Cindy), Michael (Robin) and David McWilliams; four nephews, twelve nieces, and one great niece. Anyone who knew Karen, knows what an incredible person she was. Karen was a pillar of courage and strength with a smile that will never fade. She will be greatly missed. We love you Karen.
