Phyllis J. Elam, 81, of Elsmere passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Facility in Edgewood, KY. Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Ray Elam, son Gary Elam (Naomi), grandson Andrew Elam, sisters; Jackie Ridener, Pat Taylor, Peggy Hoskins, Laphenia Cotton, and brother Leland Brock.
