Alma Mae (Childers) Sullivan, age 95, born on the fourth of July, 1917 in Latonia. Died July 22, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood. Alma lived at St. Charles-The Lodge in Ft. Wright. Loving wife of the late James E. Sullivan. Loving mother to sons,Michael Sullivan (Beverly) of Edgewood, Pat Sullivan (Judy) of Park Hills, daughtersKathy (Jack) Seifert of Crittenden, Marjorie Arlinghaus of Union. Dear Aunt to Maureen Rich of Florence. 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren. Alma had two brothers Ludy and George,who also was born on the forth of July 20 years prior, sisters Myrtle and Lillian. All are deceased. Her father Charles was born in 1866, one year after the end of the Civil War, mother was Ella Francis Clayton Childers. Alma was a long-time member of St.Henry Parish, Erlanger. Alma loved doing many crafts, including ceramics, which she proudly displayed in her home. Visitation Monday, July 30 from 9-10am in the Chapel at St. Charles Care Center. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00am. Burial at Highland Cemetery. Middendorf Funeral Home Ft. Wright are handling the arrangements.
