Walter W. Remke "Jolly", age 84, June 5, 2012, died at his residence in Edgewood. Loving husband of Marian Remke(nee Huser). Loving father of Peggy Burger(Jim) of Ft. Mitchell, Nancy Daniels(Gene) of Walton, Kathleen Hall of Ft. Mitchell, Bill Remke(Brooke) of Walton,and Jim Remke(Missy) St. Paul Minnesota. Loving Grandfather to 20 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Debbie Remke and his brother Richard Remke. Loving son of the late William and Marie Remke (nee Bryant). Walter was a Merchant Marine in WWII. He was co- owner and V.P. of Jacob Schlachter Meat Packing Company in Cincinnati,Ohio.Visitation Friday from 5-8 pm at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, FT. WRIGHT.
