Eleanor Smith, age 84, April 13, 2012, Newport. Loving wife of the late Othe Smith. Loving wife of Jim Robinson. Loving mother to Saundra Strunk of Ft. Mitchell, Steve Smith (Carol) of Ft. Wright, Sheena Ball of North Carolina, Scott Smith (Diane) of Atlanta, and Spencer Smith (Karen) of Orlando. Dear sister to Jenny DeFord (Dub) of CA and Connie Jacobs of CA. Loving Grandmother to 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her two daughters Shelia Hoffman and Sherry Miller; sister Beulah Bowes and brother Denver Frost. Eleanor was a member of First Baptist Church Covington and a member of the Eastern Star. Visitation Monday from 11-1 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home, Ft. Wright. Service will follow at 1 pm. Burial at Floral Hills Cemetery.
