Loving Husband of JoAnn Hinkel for over 55 years. Loving father to Donald (Nina) of Covington, Daniel (Diana) of Monroe, Linda Lonneman (Joe) of Richwood, David (Linda) of Erlanger, Regina Klosterman (Greg) of White Oak. Dear Brother to Frank Hinkel (Sue) of Delhi. Loving Grandpa to 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Grandson Joey Lonneman. Donald served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. After his service he began his career as an Accountant for Cincinnati Bell. He was a friend to many and enjoyed fishing, golf, and bowling. Visitation Friday March 16th from 5-8 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home, Ft. Wright. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10 am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial at Mother of God Cemetery.
