Beloved husband of Lisa Neeley (nee Achtermeyer) of Covington, loving father of Timothy Matthew "Mack " Neeley ; Joseph Gabriel "Joe" Neeley; Michael Zachary Neeley and Steven Jacob Neeley all of Covington and beloved brother of Terry Neeley of Covington. He was preceded in death by his son Nick Neeley and his brother Robert Neeley.
