James Lee Huber

James Lee Huber, age 80, of Edgewood, KY passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.  He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Carol Jean Huber; children, Kim Hall, James Huber (Ellen) and Brian Huber (Marissa); grandchildren, Heather Piecuch (Brad), Steven Spurlin (Ashley), Cristina Floyd (Michael), Melissa Haverly (Adam) and Logan Huber; great grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Joyce Armbruster (Whitey), Nikki Ullrick (Rick), Jane Moore (Rob), Bill Thompson, Tim Huber (Vicki), Patty Harrison (Chris), JoAnn Vickers (Rick), numerous nieces and nephews.

Jim made the most of every circumstance, by making those around him understand the importance of family, hard work, compassion and candid conversation.  Jim’s love will carry on in his wife. He cherished, protected, provided for and never wavered in his adoration for Carol, his loving bride.  Jim’s wisdom will carry on in his children. He taught his children to be humble, mindful of others, strong and resourceful.  Jim’s humor will carry on in his friends. He teased, joked, riddled and always provided comfort with humor, which brought acquaintances to friends and friends to family.  Jim’s wife, children, family and friends walk through this world being better stewards to their own families, having Jim’s legacy as the start of their own.
