Judith Ann Ford

Judy A. (Hornbeck) Ford, age 78 passed away on February 4th, 2025. She was born on January 30th, 1947 in Covington, KY to the late Rose Mary and Jay Hornbeck. Judy worked in the medical records department at St. Elizabeth for many years and after this she worked on the bereavement committee at St. Augustine Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Bill Ford and their sons Jay (Tina Smith-Ford) Ford and Bob “Buda” Ford. She is also survived by her sisters Mary Lee Lestingi and Ree Wagner. Judy is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Rose Mary and Jay Hornbeck and her brothers-in-law Joe Lestingi and Jack Wagner. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 8th, 2025 from 9-11am at St. Augustine Church, 1839 Euclid Ave, Covington, KY 41014. Mass of Christian Burial will take place following the visitation at 11am. Interment will be at Mother of God cemetery.
