Richard C. Gilligan

Richard C. Gilligan, 68 years old, of Walton, Kentucky and Palm Coast, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 with his family at his side. He was the loving husband of 49 years of Elaine Gilligan (nee Bloemer). He was the dear father of the late Richard L. Gilligan (2010) and loving father-in-law of Laina Foushee (Mike). Richard was the dear grandfather of Jesse Foushee and son of Kathryn Courtney and the late Richard C. Gilligan, Sr. He is also survived by his brothers John (Kelly) Gilligan, David (Ginger) Gilligan, Kenneth (Denise) Gilligan, Paul Gilligan and James Gilligan and his sisters Patricia Collins and the late Dena Hayes (Ray). He leaves behind many close friends and relatives as well.

Richard loved to travel with his wife, son and friends after retiring from Duro Bag Manufacturing after 37 plus years.
