Rosemary James

Rosemary was born in Covington, KY on October 15, 1954 to the late Samuel and Edna Womble, the youngest of their 6 kids. She was happily retired and enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandchildren. Rosie was a volunteer at Holy Cross High School Bingo for 15 years.

Rosemary passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the age of 68 years old.  She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Grover Galen James, and siblings, Tom and Bob.  She is survived by her children, Ginger (Richard) James-Wendel, Amanda James, Gwendolyn (Brennan Morgan) James, Travis (Teresa) James and Tyler (Nikki) James; stepson, Frank (April) Key, grandchildren, Gunner, Lyla, Eliza, Peyton, Chloe, Tyler, Keulian, Kohlson, and Kiah; siblings, Jean, Sam (Clara) and Jack (Sharon) Womble, many nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Layla.  

Visitation is on Friday, May 12^th from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pk.  Ft. Wright, KY 41017. Burial will follow immediately at 12:00 pm at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
